The maximum number of parallel licenses is defined at the time of purchase. Each license corresponds to a single active session, so if multiple users attempt to log in simultaneously and the maximum number of licenses has already been reached, additional login attempts will be blocked.
If you need to switch users or devices, ensure that you log out of your current session first to free up a license slot for the next user. The license will check every 60 minutes with our server. In case Igor crashes or the experiment is closed without internet connection, it can happen that SoFi does not log out properly. In case the license should not reset within an hour, please contact support@datalystica.com to reset the license manually.
