When using HR-data, it’s recommended to define a specific species text wave as PR(txt) rather that let SoFi convert the numeric PR(nb) wave into a text wave. The main reason is that SoFi works with an exact text match, e.g. when treating external profiles. Very often, the precision of the numeric wave differs which then will not result in a exact match and leading e.g. to empty reference profiles when processing external profiles via the yellow external data treatment. Using a text wave that contains the names of the ions will avoid this problem.
