The PMF input can be averaged into the desired time resolution (in mins) during the import from the import panel. Averaging is supported for imports from .itx and .xls(x) files and requires SoFi Pro.
SoFi averages the imported PMF input to the desired time resolution (in minutes), storing both, the original input and the averaged input under “root:SoFi:External_data:Raw_input”. in a first step, the data of the original PMF input is imported. In a second step, a window pops up where the user has to define the desired time resolution (in minutes). For the import from an .itx file, the user has to additionally define the data matrix, error matrix and time series.
